      Well, this K38 came along and while noteworthy, its prior owner wasn't especially famous or notorious. It was however, owned by a Maj. Gen., one Lamar Tooze who was in command of the th infantry up here in the Pacific NW, a local general who served in honorably in WW1 and WW2, so I feel priviliged to be the current owner of this fine firearm.
